DGN Musicians Support “Feed My Starving Children”

70 DGN musicians from Band, Choir, Orchestra, and Tri-M Music Honor Society volunteered tonight at "Feed My Starving Children" and packed over 40,000 meals.

Winter Guard Elevates 8 Points - Takes 3rd at Naperville Central

Congratulations to the DGN Winter Guard on another outstanding showing at today's Naperville Central Winter Guard Contest. The team elevated their score to a season high 65.42 (an 8 point increase from last week).

Pep Band Welcomes Parent Musicians!

It was great to have extra sonic support at today's performance of the DGN Pep Band!

Parents Invited To Sit In With The Pep Band!

This Saturday will be the final home game of the season. For our final home game, we are inviting any parents out there that play an instrument to join us!

Typical band instruments will work in addition to any bass or guitar players. If you've ever come to watch your student play with the Pep Band and thought to yourself, "That looks like fun.." Now's your chance to join in!

Join us at 12:00 noon in the Band Room this Saturday for a short rehearsal. We will perform in the gym beginning at 1:00 PM and the game starts at 1:30 PM.

Winter Guard Improves 6 Points - Takes 3rd at DGS

Congratulations to the DGN Winter Guard for their incredible work this past week as show revisions were incorporated, leading to a solid 3rd place finish at their second contest of the season. The contest took place at Downers Grove South High School, and their score improved by a full 6 points from the previous week. Way to go, ladies!
