Parent Meeting - CORRECTION

The date for the required Band Parent/Guardian and Student meeting is TUESDAY evening, August 19, 2008, at 8:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the North Auditorium.

The date has been published accurately, and consistently. One of our mailings inadvertently stated that August 19 is "Monday." We apologize for the error.

Please help spread the word to band families that the meeting is on the evening of Tuesday, August 19.

July 4th Parades

Almost Ready To Go!

The Trojan Marching Band took to the streets of Downers Grove this past Saturday to prepare for their performances at the Indianapolis 500 Festival and Race (see our previous post for more details). A big thank you to the Village of Downers Grove and to our neighbors around North High School for allowing us to have this very important rehearsal. It was nice to see so many families come out to enjoy the music and to cheer us on. We hope we have the privilege of giving you your own private parade again really soon! Until then, we look forward to seeing you again when we perform as part of the District 99 Marching Band (with the Marching Mustangs of Downers Grove South H.S.) in the Downers Grove and Darien Independence Day Parades!
