Click here for the audition packet distributed at the 5/5/12 meeting. This includes the 'Audition Ticket' that you must fill out with a parent/guardian prior to auditions. If you did not receive a packet at the May 5th parent meeting/clinic, you must print this out at home so you have the Audition Ticket completed prior to the May 21st auditions.
