The current Acuweather forecast is showing 47% chance of precipitation at kick-off tonight. That's a 53% chance of no rain!
The DGN Trojan Marching Band is moving ahead with plans to perform tonight, but it is important to understand that exact performance times and details may be adjusted at the last minute if heavy/steady rain moves into the region early this evening.
Instructions for Junior High / Middle School student musicians:
When students report at 5:15 PM this evening, they should report to the East Practice field if there is no rain, and they see and hear the DGN Drumline warming up on that field. If there is precipitation, students should report to the Field House on the northeast corner of the campus. DGN Band students will be present to help direct students.
If rain prevents an on-field performance, the combined bands will perform in the Field House for parents/family/friends (time TBA).
For the protection of instruments, will not perform in the rain.
