Sign Up For Required Uniform Fitting Appointment!
Uniform fitting appointments will take place on Saturday,
August 17th. Uniforms are being assembled this summer by amazing parent
volunteers, and students must sign-up for a 30 minute window to claim their
uniform, and try it on for confirmation. August 17th is the ONLY day we are
scheduling appointments.
Students and Parents/Guardians: Please work together to sign
up for a time that will work for you on August 17th. Only 15 students may sign
up every 30 minutes; the earlier you register, the better chance you will have
of securing a time that is most convenient for your family.
Please be careful not to double-register (i.e. student signs
up, and then a parent signs the same student up). Make sure that each student
is only registered for one time-slot. When you use Sign-Up Genius, the
"First Name" and "Last Name" entered should be that of the
band member (not the parent/guardian).
Color Guard members do NOT need to sign up for a Fitting
Appointment on August 17.
