Congratulations to the following members of the Trojan Marching Band for winning individual awards:
Flutes: Mikayla C. (tutu, pom pom headband, other assorted red gear), Claire G. (she sewed red masks last night for herself and a bunch of other members of the section), and Natalie L. (best red-dressed newcomer).
Clarinets: Sarah B. (tutu, cape, other assorted yellow gear), Rori M. (tutu, fun headband, other assorted yellow gear), and Rebekah S. (best yellow-dressed newcomer).
Saxophones: Owen N. (inflatable green suit), Christine L. (headband, hula skirt, other assorted green gear), and Eric S. (cape and other assorted green gear).
High Brass: Lucas M. (Mellophone: Orange construction vest, tie-dyed orange shorts, decorated instrument with pipe cleaners), Hannah J. (Mellophone: Orange from head to toe! Dark orange belt and shorts, also had a decorated instrument), and Tressa R. (Trumpet: Bright blue wig, polka dots on her legs with spray-on hair dye).
Low Brass: Ryan P. (baritone) and Owen H. (trombone) were both dressed in white from head to toe! Every article of clothing was white! Saoirse K. (Sousaphone) dressed in White cape, tutu, gloves, ribbons, etc!
Drumline: Alex K. for the tallest band hat, ever!
Color Guard: Alyssa M. (decked out in pink from socks to hat) and Emma N. (long pink socks, pink skirt, shirt and hair accessories)
